Schedule clips to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram from one calendar

Approve a clip and it goes on your calendar. Canviz publishes it to your connected TikTok, YouTube and Instagram accounts at the time you set, with the title, caption and cover you chose for each platform.

How it works

Social scheduler, step by step

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

Link TikTok, YouTube and Instagram once. Instagram publishing needs a professional Instagram account, business or creator.

  2. 2

    Add posts

Approve clips in a project and they go on the calendar. Or upload up to 10 finished videos at once and schedule them as they are, with no editing applied.

  3. 3

    Set up each post

Add the title, description or caption, tags, privacy and cover for each platform. Save the dialog as a draft and finish later if you like.

  4. 4

Pick a time and let it post

Posts go out at your posting slots, 18:00 by default, or at a time you pick. Publishing runs on Canviz servers, so no browser tab needs to stay open.

What you get

What comes out, and what you control

  • Week or month calendar

See every post on a week or month view. Drag a post to another day, post it now, or cancel it and remove it.

  • Each platform's own settings

YouTube title, description, tags, visibility and disclosures, with saved channel defaults. TikTok privacy, comments, Duet and Stitch. Instagram share to feed and collaborators.

  • Covers you choose

Any frame of the clip in 0.1-second steps, for every platform. Upload and crop an image for YouTube and Instagram; TikTok takes frames only.

  • Editable until it posts

Change a pending post's title, description or caption, tags, settings and cover, from the calendar or from the project.

  • Posts without a browser

Publishing runs on Canviz servers at the scheduled time. If something goes wrong, the reason is shown and you can retry.

  • Analytics

Views, likes and comments for TikTok and YouTube posts, refreshed daily, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Instagram does not share counts.

No. Publishing runs on Canviz servers at the scheduled time. Close the tab and the post still goes out.

Yes. Upload up to 10 finished videos at once, each up to 1 GB and 1 hour, and schedule them as they are. No editing is applied. A file the platforms already take (an MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio) is copied unchanged; anything else is converted, which takes videos up to 6 minutes.

A professional Instagram account, either business or creator. Reels are always public, can be shared to your feed, can carry up to 3 collaborators and can run up to 15 minutes. Instagram does not share view, like or comment counts with Canviz, so the analytics page covers TikTok and YouTube.

Yes, until it goes out. Edit the title, description or caption, tags, settings and cover from the calendar or from the project. You can also drag it to another day, post it now, or cancel it and then remove it.

The reason is shown on the post. Fix what it points to, then retry the post.

Pick any frame or upload a cropped image, and that thumbnail applies to search, the watch page and embeds. The Shorts feed uses a frame that YouTube picks itself.
